1. Media Manager / Sr. Manager

Present clear direction for media planning, media related research and analysis results and responsible for devising strategy
Responsible of acquiring and maintaining information source related to media environment changes
Responsible of overall project such as media planning, media related research analysis and media environment analysis
Initial responsibility for presenting adequate alternative in case of problem occurrence
Increase client’s satisfaction through presenting effective media planning strategy
Efficient resource management to enhance media team’s investment and financial performance
Present team vision and seek plans to increase organization competitiveness

Strong listening skills and the ability to be open to new ideas from team members, coworkers, industry sources and clients.
Strong aptitude for building “partner” relationships with clients and colleagues
Must have a passion for the creative development process
Must be capable of providing guidance and mentorship to more junior staff
At least 6 years realated experience
Flurent English reading, speaking, writing

2. Account Executive / Manager

In charge of establishing Brand/Mkt communication strategy directions
Set up detail targets to staff/team members to accomplish target effectively and efficiently
Initial management of advertising planning/production process and schedule
Care client’s keyman and identify his needs and take actions accordingly
Timely response to client’s requests
In charge of financial performance(P&L target) management
Develop new clients and competition PT

Strong aptitude for building “partner” relationships with clients and colleagues
Must have a passion for the creative development process
Must be capable of providing guidance and mentorship to more junior staff
3-5 years experience of client service in 4A company
Strong ability in English
Bachelor degree above

3. Account Planning Manager

In charge of establishing Marketing communication strategy
Understanding advertising knowledge as well as management process 
Project operation taking role as AE’s strategic staff
In charge of PT’s strategic section for new business pitch

Strong listening skills and the ability to be open to new ideas from team members, coworkers, industry sources and clients.
Strong aptitude for building “partner” relationships with clients and colleagues
Must have a passion for the creative ideas
Must be capable of providing guidance and mentorship to more junior staff
3-5 years experience in 4A company, or 5 years in Research/Consultant agency as substitution
Strong ability in Korean, while can read and write in English
Good PPT skill and presentation skill
Bachelor degree above

4. Event Assistant

In charge of Event Planning, implementation, and process controlling                   
Cooperate and communicate with clients for event planning and BTL Strategy planning, which includes Sales Promotion and Brand Event                                  
Responsible of daily report , and do other tasks from Team leader’s indicate

2-3 years experience on Event planning and operation                                
Ability of effectively managing work priority and importance in developing a plan          
Clearly communication skil based on logics                                          
Strong ability on Korean, English preferred                                          
Bachelor degree above
